Our Yoga Community
We have been serving our local yoga community for over 5 years. Our studio teaches authentic yogic techniques of Kriya yoga along with pranayama and other styles of yoga like yin and vinyasa ( slow flow & power flow). Yin yoga and slow flow sessions are a great way to ease into the practice if you are a beginner or have not been practicing in a while. If you are a regular practitioner then kriya yoga and powerflow sessions will diversify your routine.
We also run 200hrs Teachers Trainings throughout the year for those who would like to go deeper into the dynamics of yogic practices or would like to become a certified yoga instructor. Every year we also conduct a three day seminar on Babaji’s Kriya yoga Initiation for yoga practitioners who would like to walk this path towards higher spiritual practice.
Whatever your need may be from physical stiffness to the mental stress, yoga practice can ease it and help provide space for healing. Our qualified valued teachers will be more than happy to answer your queries and concerns. We welcome you to our community and look forward to seeing you on the mat.
