What is the importance of mindfulness training?

Our mind holds the key to our success and happiness. However, not everyone has the power, will, and privilege to be happy or successful as easily as others.   • When waking up in the morning, set your mind frame for the day by deciding to be happy and positive. When you are down read some inspirational quotes to get you going.

  • Being grateful for what you are and what you have

  • Focusing on your strengths

  • Allowing yourself to feel good and when you do a thing congratulate yourself for a job well done.
